Trail Ride

Reservations are now being accepted for the SHOBA Fall Celebration Trail Ride

at East Fork Stables in Jamestown, TN September 24-27, 2009!

Our 2009 ride will be our first Members Only ride. SHOBA membership is considered a family membership and you are welcome to bring your family or a friend with you.

Join us for a weekend filled with riding, fun, great friends, delicious food, and the finest Single-Footing Horses in the world! If you haven't attended one of our trail rides you don't know what you're missing!

Don't Be Left In "The Dust" This Year...COME RIDE WITH US!

The 2008 trail ride exceeded our expectations with 330 registered riders, an estimated 150 spectators, with folks traveling from all over the country. This trail ride started in 2006 with only 80 riders and has doubled every year. We are certainly stirring up some excitement, folks. This was the largest crowd East Fork has handled in 20 years. Our hats are off to East Fork Stables for going above and beyond to acommodate us. As always the food and hospitality was world class!

The ride fee for 2009 will be set soon, so keep checking back. As always it will include 3 delicious buffet style country suppers, 3 country breakfasts, and a live country & rock band on Saturday night. Children under 12 years of age are free.

Camping and horse accommodations are additional. East Fork offers camping sites with full hook-ups, electric and water sites, and primitive sites. Horse accommodations include stalls, paddocks, corral panels, and picketing. Cabins are available for rent. There is also a motel nearby.
